BACKFLOW PREVENTION: The Watts Lead-Free Brass Anti-Siphon Vacuum Breaker Backflow Preventer prevents the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply.
COMPREHENSIVE FEATURES: This 1/2" backflow preventer is equipped with everything needed to efficiently prevent the backflow of water: female NPT inlet and outlet end connections, a chemical-resistant silicone seat disc, chrome hood, and an atmospheric vent to prevent spilling. It also has a full-sized orifice to assure pipe size capacity and maximum flow.
DURABLE DESIGN: Designed for both hot and cold water, this preventer is constructed with a highly durable lead-free brass body for long-lasting service.
LOW-FLOW APPLICATIONS: This preventer is ideal for low-flow, non-continuous hot or cold water health hazard applications such as on laboratory equipment.
