SIZE - One size is 1/2" NPT Thread, the outer diameter is approx 3/4 inch. The other side is 1/4" NPT Thread, the outer diameter is approx 1/2 inch. !!ATTENTION!! NPT Taper Thread Size is a nominal pipe size and it does not represent the actual diameter. Please check the size you need before ordering.
NOTICE - These fittings are not allowed to be installed for potable water use. NPT thread has a 60°taper, usually unable to screw the thread to the end. Do not fit for compression connect, such as bathroom or kitchen faucet.
PREMIUM MATERIAL - Heavy duty brass, stronger and thicker, threads are deep and accurate. Corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability.
WIDE APPLICATION - Used to connect female pipes, or extending the pipe length. Apply to home plumbing pipes, hydraulic, refrigeration, instrumentation, gas and other applications, hex nipples for easy tightening and loosening.
FEATURES - Operating temperatures range from -53 to 121℃ (-65 to 250 ℉). Hard-connected, it does not need extra sealing for most situation.
