6-Inch ASTM D2665 DWV Pipe Cleanout Plug – Designed exclusively for ASTM D2665 fittings.Will NOT fit D2661,D1784 or D3311 pipes—double-check your pipe standard before purchase. Use to seal sewer/drain pipes in residential or commercial drainage systems.
The sewer cleanout adapter (included female cleanout and sewer cleanout cap）,Male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads for connecting to a female threaded pipe.The cleanout plug must be inserted into compatible drainage fittings such as couplings,elbows,tees or cross-type fittings for proper connection - it cannot be installed directly into pipes.
Service temperature rated at (140F) 60C，For use in non-pressure residential and commercial underground sewer & drain,waste,and vent (DWV) plumbing systems.
Normally used in the drainage portion of the DWV system only.
PVC-DWV for corrosion resistance, high strength, and less weight than fittings made from metal. Smooth interior finish for reduced friction and material buildup.
